摘要
日本的金融自由化进程始于 2 0世纪 70年代中后期 ,基本完成于 90年代末。通过分析日本金融自由化的展开过程 ,可以得出如下结论 :经济运行环境的演变是推动金融制度改革及金融自由化的最强大动力 ;渐进式的金融自由化并不能完全有效地规避金融风险 ;金融自由化作为一种管制制度改革的过程 ,必然存在利益格局重建问题 ,所以 ,各种利益主体之间的斗争不可避免 ;在经济全球化的时代 ,国际因素是推动经济体制变革不可忽视的重要力量。
The process of Japan's financial liberalization started in the late 70's of 20 century and basically completed by the end of 90's . The paper makes the following conclusions by analyzing the process of Japan's financial liberalization, the evolution of economic functioning environment is the most powerful impetus to promote the reform of financial system and the financial liberalization; the gradual way of financial liberalization can not prevent the financial risk completely and effectively, and the financial liberalization as the process of the reform of financial controlling system definitely will meet the problem of rebuild the interests pattern therefore the conflicts of various interests subjects are unavoidable; the international elements are thein -neglected aspect to promote the transformation of economic system.
