摘要
多元文化的社会对教育产生了直接影响 ,多元文化教育正是适应多元文化社会的一种理念。教师已不能仅仅满足于传统角色 ,在多元文化社会中 ,教师应具有多重角色 :教师是所有学生的关怀者 ,教师是多元文化的理解者 ,教师是本土知识的专家 ,教师是多元文化教育环境的创设者 ,教师是行动研究者。探讨多元文化社会中的教师角色对教师教育也具有启示 :更新培养观念 。
The schooling is affected by the multicultural society. In the multicultural situation, the teacher plays more roles than traditional ones. The teacher is the caring\|man to all students, the interpreter of the multi\|culture, the professional of indigenous knowledge, the founder of multicultural education environment, and the action\|researcher. The analysis implies that teacher education should renew the training idea and set up multicultural curriculum.
