摘要
本科教育在一定程度上代表整个高等教育的质量与水平。文章指出,应从以下几个方面切实改进本科教育:加强大学与中学阶段的衔接,重视新生的入学教育和大学适应工作;改革学制,加强普通教育,重视学生的语言能力、交际能力和基本素质的培养;深化教学改革,改善课堂教学,加强对教学工作的考核评估;推行“导师制”,促进师生之间的沟通与交流;加强学生的职业指导和咨询工作。
To some extent,the quality of unedergraduate stage represents the whole quality and level of higher education. In order to promote the quality of undergraduate education, the following solutions must be taken into account:(1)strengthening the transition from high school to college life and paying more attention to the entrance education and students' adaptation to collgeg life; (2) strengthening general education,developing and training the language ability,communication ability and foundamental qualities of the students; (3) deepening the teaching reform, improving the classroom teaching,strengthening teaching assessment;(4)practicing the tutors tystem,upgrading the communication between teachers and students; (5) paying more attention to the issue of employment and giving advise to students who is about to graduate
