摘要
力量素质是青少年男子全能运动员身体素质训练的重要内容 ,它发展的科学与否不仅关系到运动员身体的匀称性 ,而且对运动员今后从事十项全能运动也有至关重要的作用 ,拟就从发展力量素质的不同层面入手并结合青少年男子全能运动项目的特点 ,探究科学的力量训练模式。
Strength training is one of the important contents of the physical-fitness training in junior boy all-rounders. Whether its development is scientific not only relates to the symmetry of the athlete's body-shape, but also plays an important role in his further decathlon training. It was tried to explore a scientific strength training mode on the basis of the characteristics of junior boy all-rounders and by starting from different angles of strength development.
