摘要
选课是教务管理中一项比较繁复的工作 ,传统的人工选课操作效率低、质量低 ,随教学改革的深入、社会的需求选修课程也越来越多 ,为配合学校教学计划、提高选课的效率和选课管理的水平 ,用VisualFoxPro设计了一套计算机选课系统软件 ,主要包括选课读卡数据转换、选课时间冲突检测、选课人数抽签和报表打印模块 ,经应用表明这一计算机选课管理系统能有效地提高选课的效率和准确性 ,及时输出各种选课数据 ,且操作简单、灵活 ,是选课管理中有效的办公处理软件。
To select courses is a heavy and complicated task in educational administration. The traditional artificial method for selecting courses is of low efficiency and low quality. With the deepening of the teaching reform and the increase of the requirement of the society courses for students to select are getting more and more. In order to support the establishment of the teaching plan as well as to improve the efficiency of selecting courses and the level of course selection a set of computer systemic software for course selection was designed based on Visual Fox Pro, which is composed of the card reading data conversion, the detection of time confliction in course selection, the decision of the number of students to select courses by drawing lots and module for printing report forms. It was indicated that the efficiency and veracity of course selection were improved by applying this computer systemic software. Various output data for course selection are achieved in time. The operation is simple and flexible. It is an effective office processing software.
