摘要
采用神经I号治疗高脂血症33例,并以烟酸肌醇酯治疗19例作对照,3周后结束。结果证实:神经I号能降低高脂血症患者血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、动脉硬化指数(AI)、载脂蛋白apoB_(100)(P<0.05～0.01);同时还升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白apoAI、apoAI/B_(100)。(P<0.01)。降低高胆固醇总有效率为77％,与对照组比较无显著性差异,降低高甘油三酯总有效率为89％,优于对照组(P<0.01)。
The new medicine NERVE No.1 produced by our college, has been applied in clinic to treat the case of hyperlipemia. 33 cases with this medicine, contrasted by 19-person group treated by western medicati- on, proved that NERVE No. 1 can reduce the axungia withthe better action on triglyceride reduction (P <0.05) ,
