Study on properties of soil-cement formed by high pressure jet grouting in Diversion Project from South to North China

摘要 根据南水北调穿黄工程地质条件进行的高压喷射注浆材料及固结体性能研究结果表明,采用水泥系注浆材料所形成的固结体抗压强度、弹性模量、抗渗性能除与水灰比有关外,还与土质有很大关系。在水泥含量和水灰比一定时,中砂抗压强度高,弹模大,粉细砂次之,粘性土最小;而抗渗性能则粘性土最好,粉细砂次之,中砂最差。经过室内试验研究,可估计成桩强度,有利于设计施工试验参数的确定。 Based on geological conditions of Yellow?River?crossing works in the Diversion Project from South to North China, the properties of grouting material and solidified mass in high pressure jet grouting were researched. The test results showed that the compressive strength, elastic modulus and impermeability of solidified mass have relation not only with water cement ratio but also with foundation soil. When cement content and water cement ratio are constant,the compressive strength of solid mass with medium sand is highest and elastic modulus value maximum, orderly, fine sand and clayey soil; permeability of clayey soil is best, orderly, fine sand and medium sand. By indoor test, the compressive strength of pile body can be estimated,and its beneficial to determine the design and construction parameters.
