摘要
本文应用化工可靠性技术理论,对氮肥系统经济效益与运行状态之间的关系进行了研究,得出了普遍适用的经济效益数学模型。该模型提供了不同条件下系统相应的经济效益状态及其改善途径,使系统的效益分析达到了动态水平及预测水准。相应的模拟软件釆用模块化,动态连接及汉字系统,具有简捷、实用、移植性好等特点。对氮肥系统提高经济效益及系统运行管理有实际指导意义。
According to the theory of chemical industry reliability,the relation between economic benefit and operating state had been studied in nitrogenous fertilizer system,the gerneral mathematical model of economic benefit had been obtained in this paper It may provide the state of economic benefit and the way of improving system at different condition,the level of dynamic and pre- diction had been achieved in analysing economic benefit The mould,dynamical joinder and Chinese form had been used in simulative software,the software have some characteristic in simple,applicable and good transplanting,The model can be used widely to prove economic benefit and help the operating management in nitrogenous fertilizer systems.
