高绩效团队是指一种能自动变革、高效率朝着目标运转的团队。在高绩效团队中主要有 7种角色 :队长、提建议者、评论者、执行者、协调者、联络者和督促者。塑造高绩效团队的主要途径是 :明确目标、建立信任、分享信息。
The high-performance team is the team which can automatically change,and work to its target in high-efficiency. There are 7 kinds of roles in the high-performance team:Captain,Creator,Assessor,Operator,Coordinator,Linker and Inspector. Main paths of building the high-performance team are:Marking a clear and definite target;Establishing trust each other;Sharing information;Participating commonly and Making a good system of rewards and punishments.
