摘要
文章根据问卷调查的结果 ,运用因子分析的方法进行分析 ,从 2 9个评价经营者人力资本价值的原始变量中提取了 1 0个因子 ,并采用主因素分析法给这 1 0个因子赋权重 ,最终得到经营者人力资本价值评价函数 。
Based on survey result and using the factor analysis, this paper extracts 10 factors from the initial 29 variables,and by using the primary factor analysis the paper give each factor corresponding weight. At last, the Entrepreneur Human Capital Appraisal System is established, which provide an efficient tool to appraisal the value of entrepreneur human capital for the company.
