摘要
本文在文献建议的下限法的基础上,进一步改进、简化下限法的估算程式,扩大了适用范围。统计试验成果表明,扩大适用范围后的下限法,对设计值x_p 的估计的无偏性和有效性,显著优于其他参数估计法。
Based on the method of lower-bound(MLB) proposed by Wu et al,a fur- ther study has been done to simplify and improve its estimation procedure. Now this new MLB can be applied for non-simple samples in positive or negative skewness cases.The results gained from Monte Canlo experiments show that the MLB estimators are less biased and more efficient than MOM and MLB estimators
