精梳机在纺织企业生产中起着重要的作用。本文分析了对其进行改造的必要性 ,根据原设备的实际情况 ,利用可编程序控制器和变频器技术对之进行改造 ,提高了设备的自动化程度和企业的经济效益。改造后 ,能源消耗降低了 ,设备运行稳定 。
The comber plays the important part in production of the spin enterprise.The paper analyzes the necessities of modification of it.Based on the actual condition of the original equipment,the paper discusses how to modify it by using technology of programmable controller and inverter to improve the automatic degree of equipment and increase the economic benefit of the business.After it is modified,resource consumption decreases and the equipment runs steadily and can be easily maintained.
