摘要
2000年9月下旬至10月底,新疆北部地区天气过程频繁且温度偏低、降水量偏多,是一个气候异常的秋季。本文分析了造成这种异常的大倒Ω环流形势下的4种中期物理量特征和预报指标,以便在以后的预报中更好的应用。
Form the last ten -day of September to the end of October 2000,weather processes were frequently,temperature was lower than normal year,and rainfall was more than normal year in the North Xinjiang.The article analyzed four physical pa-rameter and their forecast indication in big circumfluence in order to use them better in later forecast.
