摘要
目的 探讨锁骨下静脉插管相关并发症发生原因及其防治措施。方法 对我院7年中850例插管血透患者插管相关并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果 锁骨下静脉插管留置时间平均98.37d,血流量达200ml/min,能满足充分透析要求。相关的并发症有血流不卟、感染、误入锁骨下动脉等。结论 尽管锁骨下静脉插管有某些严重并症,若能熟练操作人不失为一种很好的血透临时通路。
Objective To explore the possibel factors and preventive strategy of subclavian vein catheterization-related complications. Methods The factors for the subclavian vein catheterization-related complications for 850 hemodialysis patients are estimated during seven years. Results When the volume of blood flow of the subclavian vein catheterization amounts to 200ml per minute . the volume can meet the need of complete dialysis. Complications such as related infection. inadeauate blood flow, entering the subclavian artery by mistake can be decreased by prevention methods . Conclusion Although there are some serious complications from the subclavian vein catheterization. It is still a good temporary pathway for dialysis if operated skillfully.
