摘要
目的:探讨牙龈成形外科与美容牙科的关系。方法:35例门诊患者依据病情不同分别采用牙龈成形术、牙龈切除术。结果:无论是牙龈成形术、牙龈切除术的患者,只要手术时机选择得当,手术设计合理,均可以获得良好的治疗、美容效果。结论:采用牙龈成形外科手术,不但使患者拥有了良好的牙周环境,而且与健美的牙齿相协调,其在牙科美容中的地位不容低估。
Objective:To explore the relation of gingivopl asty and esthetic dentistry.Methods :35out -patients were treated with gin-givoplasty or gingivectomy accordi ng to their symptoms.Results:All the cases with suitable indicati ons and operative procedural design s got good clinic effect.Conclusion:Gingivoplasty is an effective method to attain good periodontal circums tances and to enhance the beauty of the dentalgingival unit.
