摘要
目的:观察体外超声吸脂术的效果。方法:用体外超声吸脂系统对200例不同部位脂肪堆积者进行吸脂术,术后对161例随访3～12个月。结果:手术无严重并发症,临床有效率达100%。有12例自觉不满意(占被随访者的7.45%),其中小腿4例,大腿3例,臀部3例,上腹2例。结论:体外超声吸脂术是安全有效的方法,其最佳适应对象是轻度肥胖或腹部局限性脂肪堆积者。
Objective:Application of body surface ultroso nic liposuction technique in treatm ent of obesity and doing clinical analysis research.Methods :Based on injection of swelling solut ion more than routine dosage,ultrosonic liposuction was used in 200case s,in-cluding local fat deposit in abdomen or other sites of body.Results:Through clinical observation and fo llow up,the satisfactory rate of subjects was 92.55%.and clinical efficacy rate of the operation was 100%.There were significant decreases i n their measurements of figures or dimensions.Conclusions:Ultrosonic liposuction play an excellent role in shaping sliming.Ultro sonic technique may reduce potential complications related to liposuction.
