摘要
目的:总结CO2激光治疗面部咖啡斑的经验。方法:1990年1月至2002年5月采用国产CO2激光治疗机,选择连续脉冲,小功率输出,小剂量治疗面部咖啡斑共225例。结果:一次性彻底治愈213例;经2次治疗治愈8例;经3次治疗治愈2例。所有患者无明显瘢痕形成及创伤性色素沉着。结论:采用国产CO2激光治疗面部咖啡斑方法可行,操作简单,治疗费用低,治愈率高。
To summarize the experience of curin g facial café-au -lait spots with dom estic CO 2 laser.Methods:From Jan-uary of 1990to May of 2000,225patien ts were treated by CO 2 laser of continous impulse,low outp ut power and dose.Results:213cases were thorouthly cured in one procedure,8cases were cured in twice ,and th e other 2cases in three times.Excell ent results were ob-tained without obvious cicatrization and traumatic pigmentation.Conclusion:The method is reliable,simple and in expensive,and the cure rate is very high.
