摘要
目的:了解西南地区青年汉族女性的眼睛形态学特征,为眼部整形手术提供理论依据。方法:用游标卡尺精确测量睑裂高度、睑裂宽度、内眦间距、重睑宽度,并观察上睑形态。结果:睑裂宽度31.25±0.19mm,睑裂高度10.13±0.14mm,内眦间距33.81±0.26mm,外双重睑宽度6.64±0.20mm。重睑发生率为75.25%。结论:眼睛形态存在地域性差异,本资料为重睑术提供了西南地区女性睑部正常形态参考值。
Objective:To gain a clear idea of the aesthetic morphological characteristics of th e eyes of Han nationality women in Southwest China.Methods:The morphological characteristics of external eyes were measured with v ernier in 210randomly selected young women,in respect to the width a nd height of palpebral fissure and th e width of double eyelids.At the same time,the morphology of double eyelids were observed.Results:The average of the width and the heigh t of palpebral fissure and the distan ce between left and right medial canthus were x ±S d =31.25±0.19mm,x ±S d =10.13±0.14mm and x ±S d =33.81±0.26mm,respectively.There were significant differences in the widt h and height of eyelids between doubl e eyelids and monofold eyelids(P<0.01、P<0.02,respec-tively).The average of the width of the fold o f the apparent double eyelids was x ±S d =6.64±0.20mm.The incidence of doub le eyelids in this series was 75.24%.Conclusion:This report provided a reference for double eyelids operation for women i n Southwest China
