摘要
目的 :评估科技论文产出与医学科学发展的关系 ,进一步了解发展趋势。 方法 :收集、分析国家科技部中国科技信息研究所发布的 1991～ 2 0 0 0年度各项有效相关参数。 结果 :科技论文产出的数、质量以大型综合性医院为主 ;以人才密集、经济发达的北京、上海、重庆、南京、西安、广州、武汉、成都等地区为主 ;基金资助课题以国家自然科学基金、五年计划、国家教育部为主。 结论 :每年发布科技论文数、质量排名 ,能积极推动医疗科研机构的学术活动和科研工作 ,是落实“科技是第一生产力”、“科技兴国”战略方针的具体措施之一。
Objectives:To evaluate the relation of the publication of scientific papers to the development of medical science so as to achieve a better understanding of its trends. Methods:Effective relevant parameters published by the China Research Institute of Science and Technology Information of the National Ministry of Science and Technology from 1991 to 2000 were collected and analyzed. Results:A greater proportion of high quality scientific papers were turned out mainly from large general hospitals in such developed and talent intensive cities as Beijing, Shanghai,Chongqing,Nanjing,Xi'an,Guangzhou,etc.And fund subsicized projects were chiefly those included in the 5 Year Plan of the National Fund for Natural Science or subsidized by the National Ministry of Education. Conclusions:The yearly ranking of the national medical institutions by the quality and quantity of their published papers gives a definite impetus to their researches and academic exchanges.It is one of the workable measures in implementing the strategic principle of 'Developing China by Science and Technology'.
