摘要 目的 调查海口市 3~ 5岁儿童的血铅水平并分析其对幼儿生长发育的影响。方法 采集 60 0名 3~ 5岁幼儿的血样并作血铅测定。同时 ,以问卷形式通过被抽查幼儿的父母和幼儿园老师调查幼儿的生长发育情况。结果 海口市 3~ 5岁幼儿的血铅平均值为 10 8.6μg/L ,已达到Ⅱ级中毒水平。其中 ,男女性幼儿的血铅平均值分别为 115 .8μg/L和 10 7.5 μg/L。结论 海口市幼儿血铅水平偏高 ,影响幼儿的生长发育 。 To investigate the lead level in the infants in Haikou City at the age of 3~5 and analysis of its effect on the infants'health.Methods Blood samples were taken from 600 infants at the age of 3~5 years old and the lead levels in blood were determined.Meanwhile information concerning the development of the infants was obtained from the infants' parents and teachers by using questionaires.Results The average lead level in the blood of the infants in Haikou City was 108.6μg/L,reached the lead poisoning level of Grade Ⅱ.The lead levels in the blood of the male and female infants were 115.8μg/L,and 107.5μg/L respectively.Conclusion The lead level in the blood of the infants in Haikou City exceeded the normal level and the development of the infants was affected.Thus,preventive and control measures be actively carried out in this area.
