摘要
目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与血管内皮功能的相关性。方法选择经冠状动脉(A)造影、心电图证实的陈旧心肌梗死患者30例为实验组;健康查体者32例为对照组,年龄、性别与实验组患者匹配。比较血浆Hcy水平、右肱A内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果陈旧心梗患者血浆Hcy水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.001),右肱A内皮依赖性舒张功能较对照组显著减低(P<0.001)。结论陈旧心梗患者Hcy水平与肱A内皮依赖性舒张功能成负相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between plasma homocysteine(Hcy)level and brachial endothelium-dependent relaxing function of patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI).Methods The30patients with OMI were choosen by coronary angiography and ECG;32healthy individuals were as control group.The age and sex of two groups had no significant difference.The plasma Hcy level and brachial endothelium -dependent relaxing function of two groups were compared,and explored their relation.Result s Plasma Hcy level of patients with OMI was significantly elevatory compared with the control group (P<0.001).The brachial endothelium-dependent relaxing function was significantly low compared with the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Plasma Hcy levels show negative correlation with brachial endothelium-dependent relaxing function in patients with OMI
