摘要
目的 为探讨单光子发射计算机断层 (SPECT)脑血流灌注显像与脑电图 (EEG)联合应用在小儿癫痫及癫痫灶定位诊断中的价值。方法 选择 4 2例癫痫患者于末次发作 4 8h内行EEG及SPECT检查。结果 EEG异常率为 4 2 .8% ,SPECT异常率为 78.6 % ,EEG与SPECT定位病灶符合率为 6 3%。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of SPECT rCBF imaging in childhood epilepsy and localization of childhood epileptic foci.Methods SPECTrCBF imaging combined with electroencephalography( EEG) were used in 42 epileptic patients in 48 hours after the last seizure.Results The positive rate in EEG was 42.8% ;the positive rate in SPECT rCBF imaging was 78.6% .The epileptic foci localized by EEG was 63% in concordance with those by SPECT.Conclusions A combination of SPECT and EEG will improve the diagnostic rate of childhood epilepsy and localizing epileptic foci.
