摘要
为贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》和卫生部等十部委《关于发展城市社区卫生服务的若干意见》 ,推动我国城市社区卫生服务工作的开展及规范管理 ,制订科学的城市社区卫生服务评价指标体系是当务之急。本文在大量调查研究的基础上 ,采用定性与定量相结合的方法 ,初步确立 3类共 15个城市社区卫生服务评价指标并提出讨论意见 。
In order to carry out 'The Decision of Health Reform and Development by The Party Center and The State Council','The Directory Suggestion About How To Develop Urban Community Health Service' by the state council and to promote scientific management of urban community health service in China,at present,scientific evaluation index system of urban community health service must been made rapidly.Based on huge investigation research,the essay established fifteen indexes and put forth discussion opinion,by using qualitative and quantitative methods.
