摘要
智能传感器以数字量形式和串行通讯的方式完成信息的传递,具有精度高、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠等特点。以数字式温度传感器DS1820为基础开发的高速机车轴温监测系统在SS7D型机车上得到应用,并证明该系统具有很高的可行性、可靠性和实用性。实践表明,智能传感器在高速机车的状态监测与过程控制中具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper deals with smart sensors,which can send the information through a fieldbus by digital and serial communication.They have several features,such as a high accuracy,excellent antiinterference ability and reliability.The bearing temperature monitoring system based on the digital temperature sensor DS1820 has been used in the SS7D high speed locomotive with high feasibility,dependability and practicability.It is verified that the smart sensor has a wide applying foreground in monitoring the operation condition and process control of a high speed locomotive.
