摘要
研究了聚碳硅烷交联样品的制备过程 ,着重讨论了用二乙烯基苯交联聚碳硅烷的条件。结果表明 :选择熔点为 2 0 0℃、摩尔质量为 1 5 0 0 g/mol作为熔融纺丝、生产碳化硅纤维前驱体用的聚碳硅烷、以二乙烯基苯为交联剂、氯铂酸异丙醇溶液为催化剂 ,聚碳硅烷与二乙烯基苯的质量比不能低于 1∶0 2、二乙烯基苯的用量为 2 0 %~ 40 %、交联反应温度 1 2 0℃时 ,制成的聚碳硅烷 /二乙烯基苯陶瓷前驱体交联样品性能良好。
s:The preparation process of crosslinked polycarbosilane(PCS) was investigated, while the crosslinked conditions of polycarbosilane(PCS)/divinyl benzene(DVB) were discussed. It was shown that crosslinked product with good performance was prepared when pre-ceramic of PCS normally used as pre-ceramic to produce SiC fiber by fusing which melting point was 200℃ and molmass was 1500g/mol. The cross-linking agent of DVB and catalyst of platinum chloride_ ethanol solution were used as crosslinker under PCS/DVB proportion of 1:0.2 and 20~40 % of DVB and 120 ℃ cross-linking temperature.
