摘要
纵观人类发展的轨迹,剖析社会进步的动因,联系中国实际,探讨了我国工业制造业的历史地位、现在的形势和未来的发展趋势。研究表明:制造技术和科学实验为理论的创新辅平了道路,又把新的理论与知识转变为生产力,形成了新的产业,制造业始终是产业革命的主力军;重点指出,工业化程度决定社会的发展阶段和人民的生活水平,在工业部门中制造业,特别是装备制造业又占有中心地位,它是国民经济持续发展的基础,是工业化、现代化建设的发动机和动力源,是国际竞争中取胜的法宝,是技术进步的主要舞台,是提高人均收入的财源,是发展现代文明的物质基础,更是国防安全的重要保障;指出,制造业的发展要走信息化的道路,用信息技术把传统的工业从机械化提升到自动化、智能化。
The historical position, present situation and the future trend of manufacturing industry, were discussed in the present paper. It indicated that the manufacturing technology and the scientific experiments are the basis of theoretical innovation, which transform the new theory and knowledge into productive forces and form the new productive industry. The manufacturing industry always is principal strength in the course of industrial revolution. It indicated emphatically that the degree of industrialization will determine the stage of social development and the living standard. The manufacturing industry (especially the manufacturing industry for equipment) is the most important among many kinds of industries, which is the basis of economic development, also is the engine of constructing industrialization and modernization. As well as, the manufacturing industry for equipment is the magic weapon that will win the international competition, and is the finance resource that increase peoples income, the more important, is the guarantee of national defense. To develop the manufacturing industry, information technology is the main method, through which the traditional industry, would be developed from mechanization into intellectualization and automation.
