摘要
聚乙烯醇 苯乙烯吡啶 (PVA SbQ)是一种新的光敏聚合物 ,在紫外光诱导下形成大分子网状结构 .电镜照片显示PVA SbQ固定的新鲜菠菜叶绿体 - 2 0℃贮存 6mo后 ,内、外膜结构完整 ,类囊体膜排列整齐 ,还原DPIP的能力保留 5 0 % .将叶绿体固定膜固定在铂电极上 ,制成生物传感器 ,在含 0 .0 3%H2 O2 的 5 0mmolL-1,pH 7.4Tris HCl缓冲液中 ,2 5℃条件下用示差脉冲伏安法检测除草剂 ,在 0~ 1.0 μg/L浓度范围 ,百草枯、敌草隆、扑草净和阿特拉津具有较好的线性关系 .图 6参 2
Polyvinylalcohol bearing styrylpyridinium group (PVA SbQ) is a new photo induced cross linking polymer. Ultraviolet can induce it to form network. Uitra thin section photographs showed the intactness and orderly arrangement of the inner and outer membranes of the thylakoid entrapped in PVA SbQ after stored under-20 ℃ for half a year. The activity of the membrane remained over 50%. The immobilized chloroplast were fixed on the platinum (Pt) electrodes and used as the biosensors to detect the herbicides in 50 mmol L -1 Tris HCl buffer solution (pH 7.4) containing 0.03% H 2 O 2 at 25 ℃by the use of the differential pulse voltammetry. There existsed linear relationship between the concentration of chloroplast and paraquat, diuron, prometryn and atrazine when concentration ranged at 0~1.0 μg/L. Fig 6, Ref 29
