结核杆菌DNA疫苗研究近况 被引量:5

摘要 当今结核病成为一种严重的传染性疾病 ,现正在研究新型DNA疫苗以取代BCG。目前研究以Antigen85、hsp6 5 ,以及结核杆菌培养过滤液中的分泌蛋白ESAT 6和MPT 6 4编码基因构建的DNA疫苗中取得一定进展 ,并与BCG联合使用 ,会大大加强免疫效果 。
