摘要
综合开发作为一项重大的改革步骤,目前已成为我国城市建设和房地产业发展的重要推动力量。本文在分析房地产经营机制的基础上,从土地供给和住房需求入手,对综合开发活动中房地产的供求经营问题做了探讨。
Comprehensive development as a major reform strategy is now rapidly becoming the main thrust to brin aboutthe development of urban construction and realty industry. This article after analysing the operating mechanism of the realty industry,discusses the supply and demand management, in realty industry in terms of supply of urban land and housing demand in comprehensive development.
