In line with the working of realty menagement,re-development of the condemned housing area in and around Fa Hua Temple aims at the future living standards of well-to-do family level of the tenants. By means of the available CAD,it is possible to draw up scores of alternative designs for com-parision thereby to better satisfy the requirements of the sponsors and the local authority.
