摘要
在西部大开发中 ,民族地区的环境保护应当以法律为主导。环境法的单项立法应当充分体现民族地区的民族性。在法制建设方面 ,应当进一步完善环境影响评价制度。
Against the background of the large-scale development of chinese western,this article holds that the environment protection of ethnic minority areas must be lead by law.The single law of natural environment protection should disclose the ethnical nature of ethnic areas.On the point of legal construction,we should consummate the institution of environment impact assessment.
