摘要
农民进城务工为城市的建设和发展作出了重要贡献,但也存在劳动力资格不平等、歧视性待遇、管理难度大、后顾之忧难以解决以及个别人违法犯罪等问题。解决上述问题必须培育城乡一元化劳动力市场,消除城乡管理体制的界限;加强对农民工管理,为农民工提供公共劳务的机会;扩大社会保障范围,将农民工纳入城市社会保障体系;发挥社区的作用,把农民工纳入城市管理系统。
Farmers working in cities have made important contributions to the construction and development of cities,but there are also problems like ineuality in qualification of labour force,discriminative treatment,difficulty in management,trouble back at home that can't be solved and the crimes committed by a few individuals.To solve these problems,we must establish city-and-country-unified market of labour force,eliminate the boundary between city and country management systems,strengthen the management of farmer workers,provide opportunities of public work for farmer workers,enlarge the range of social security,bring farmer workers into city social security system,bring into play the function of communities and bring farmer workers into city management system.
