摘要
在介绍发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的S曲线、技术成熟度预测、技术进化模式、技术进化路线的基础上,提出了产品核心技术的两条性质,并且提出技术进化是按TRIZ中进化路线所示结构状态序列不断替代的过程。依据该原理及过程建模方法:IDEF3,建立了一种新的产品设计过程模型。用一个工程实例说明了该模型的应用。
S-curve in technology evolution is analyzed. A procedure to forecast the position in S-curve using the method of theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) is discussed. From the basic ideas of evolution patterns and lines of TRIZ, two properties of the core technology for products are produced. It is pointed out that technology evolution is a process of constructional change along the evolution lines of TRIZ. Based on this principle, a new process model using IDEF3 is developed to describe the design activities. An engineering case shows the application of the process.
