硬开关和软开关三相PWM逆变器中偏差电压引起的波形畸变及校正策略比较 被引量:10

摘要 传统的硬开关PWM逆变器中,开关死区时间的设置在逆变器的输出端产生偏差电压,该偏差电压引起输出电压和电流一定程度的畸变;而在谐振直流环节软开关逆变器中,直流环节上的零电压凹槽也在逆变器的输出端产生偏差电压及输出波形畸变;该文的目的在于通过图解和理论分析的方法对这两种影响进行详细的比较和描述,并得出重要结论:硬开关逆变器中产生的偏差电压与输出电流方向有关而软开关逆变器中产生的偏差电压与输出电流无关,使得其输出波形畸变原理和校正策略完全不同;最后在规格完全相同的硬开关和软开关电路中实验验证了相关结论的正确性。 This paper analyzes the distortion of outputvoltage and current caused by deviation-voltage occurred in the inverter output due to the lag time setting in conventional PWM inverters, and caused by it due to a DC-rail zero voltage notches in DC-Rail soft-switching PWM inverters. Comparison anddescription of the two influences are detailed throughillustration and theoretical analyses, then get to importantconclusions: the deviation voltage is in relative with the output current direction in hard-switching inverters while isunassociated in soft-switching inverters, which makes the quite differences in the output wave distortion principle and thecorrection strategies. Finally, the conclusions are verified by various experiments with hard-switching and soft-switching inverter circuits.
