摘要
根据浙江省建设2套209E型联合循环机组的经验及我国以市场换技术、逐步实现联合循环发电机组国产化的策略,对当前天然气发电工程的F级单轴联合循环机组的招标原则、范围和职责提出建议,即分为燃气轮机-汽轮机岛(机岛)、余热锅炉和全厂仪表控制岛3部分进行。其招标的重点应放在以F级燃气轮机为中心的轴系上,余热锅炉可采用国内锅炉厂向国外咨询或合作设计的方式,一步实现国产化。全厂分散控制系统,国内已完全能生产,可在国内招标。
In accordance with the construction experience of two 2 09E type combined cycle units in Zhe jiang Province,and the tactics of exchan ging market for technology,realizing the domestication of combined cycle genera ting unit step by step,this paper puts forward the suggestions on the public bi dding principle,scope and responsibility of F-class single shaft combined cycl e unit in the current natural gas-fired generation projects,i.e.,with the public biddings of gas turbine-steam turbine island,heat recovery boiler and i nstrumentation and control of whole power plant three major parts to be carried out separately.The stress of public bidding should be placed on the shaft sys tem with F-class gas turbine as center,while the heat recovery boiler may be m anufactured at home ,but to adopt consultation or joint design mode with for eign manufacturers,so as to realize domestication in one step.The public biddi ng of instrumentation and control of whole plant may be carried out at home , since they can be produced entirely at home.
