摘要
综述了溶胶-凝胶涂层的成膜原理、制备工艺,比较了溶胶-凝胶法与其它金属陶瓷涂层的制备工艺,讨论了溶胶凝胶涂层对金属耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性能的改进及在腐蚀防护领域中的应用,还对溶胶-凝胶涂层技术的发展提出了看法。
In this article.the principle of film formation and the preparation process for sol-gel coatings are
discussed;a comparison of sol-gel process and other processes of preparing ceramic coating is made;and the feasibility of applying sol-gel coatings to improve metal anti-corrosion is discussed.with emphasis laid on the improvement of anti-corrosion and wear-resisting performance.In addition,the development prospect of the sol-gel coating technology is suggested-
