摘要
本文通过机械加工工艺中的逻辑关系,建立了一个专家知识库-工序拓扑矩阵(回转类零件部分).在此矩阵的支持下,应用网络理论中拓扑排序法进行回转体零件半创成式CAPP系统的工艺过程决策,并取得和现场相一致的结果.本系统在IBM-PC微机上开发.
Through analysing the logical relation of machining technological process, the paper introduces the Expert knowledge Base 'process Topological Matrix' (Turning parts).With the help of the matrix,the technological process of turning parts is generated by topological ranking method of the network theory.The result achieved this method is in agreement with that got in the workshop.This system is running in IBM-PC micro-computer.
