摘要
研究了考虑塑性变形的基于电阻变化的金属材料韧性损伤测量公式 ,对 A3低碳钢拉伸试样的韧性损伤进行了测量 .结果表明 ,电阻法的测量值与弹性模量下降法的结果相一致 .指出用电阻法测量金属材料韧性损伤应考虑试样长度和横截面尺寸的影响 ;
Under considering plastic deformation, the formula of damage measurement on variation of the electrical resistance was studied. Tensile ductile damage on A3 mild steel specimen was evaluated. The results show that the predictions by variation of the resistance accord with that of the elasticity modulus change. It is presented out that the effect on the plastic deform of specimen length and cross-section must be considered for the metal material ductile damage measurement by variation of the resistance. And its reliability is based on accurate measuring of the specimen low electrical resistance.
