摘要
本研究采用淀粉凝胶电泳技术测定了湖南地方猪11个种群的T_p,P_a,P_o,H_(px),C_p和A_m的多态型,统计了它们的表现型和基因频率分布,计算和分析了各种群的平均近交系数、平均杂合度及其取样方差,种群间的遗传相似系数,并作了哈代一温伯格定律适合性检验和T检验,揭示了湖南地方猪的6个血清蛋白质系统的遗传规律,近交和基因变异程度以及遗传相似性等种质特点.
The polymorphisms of T_f,P_a,P_o,H_(px),Cp and Am of the eleven breeds of the native pigs in Hunan were investigated using the method of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis in this paper. The numbers of their phenotypes and genotype frequencies were also counted.Then the average inbreeding coefficients,the average heterozygosities and its sampling variances of each popula- tion and genetic similarity coefficients among populations were calculated.In addition,the Chi-squared test fit for Hardy-weinberg law and T test were performed.Finally the breed charac- ter traits,such as the genetic laws of the six serum protein loci,the degrees of the inbreeding and gene variation and genetic similarity of the native pigs in Hunan,were revealed.
