摘要
本文介绍了在水工模型试验中测试漏斗旋涡切向流速的一种方法.为了满足水力模型试验和现场测试的需要,设计了便携式智能测试仪器,该仪器硬件由传感器、接口、微计算机和打印机构成.传感器通过一红外光电对管将流速信号变换成电脉冲,接口电路对信号进行采样变换,微计算机是仪器的核心部件,它对系统实行监控管理和数据处理.在仪器的软件设计中,较合理地采用了统计方法和数值滤波,使得在有限的内存下,取得较高的精度和抗干扰能力.仪器可由打印机输出多个测量项目.
This paper introduces a method to measure the tangential velocity of the vortex in the model test of hydraulic engineering.For the hydraulic model test and site test,the portable and intelli- gent meassuring instrument has been designed.The hardware of the instrument is composed of sensors,interfaces,a microcomputer,and a printer.The sensor transforms the velocity singnals to the pulses by a pair of infra-red photocells and the interface processes the sampling singnals.The microcomputer which monitors the system and processes the date is a key unit of the instrument.In the design of the software,a statistical method and the date filter are used so reasonbly that the instrument can get a satisfying accuracy and the ability of anti-disturbance in a limited memory.The printer of the instrument will produce several measurement items.
