摘要
本文提出了用光学系统来校正半导体激光器出射光束的发散性及不对称性的新方法。并采用不同的结构形式,设计了不同类型的准直光学系统,获得了光束尺寸小于0.5mm的高效准直细光束,整个系统的波象差小于0.03λ。
A new method is proposed in this paper with opical system to correct the divergence and asymmetry of the light emitted from the sconductor Laser. The different Kind of the collimating optical system have been desiged in different way. The collinating light, of which the waist diameter is 0. 5mm, is obtained and the warefront aberration of the collimating optid system is less than 0. 03λ
