摘要
水资源短缺已成为制约山东省经济和社会可持续发展的瓶颈因素。从分析山东省水资源特征和开发利用现状入手,指出了山东省水资源存在的主要问题和面临的严峻形势,以可持续发展思想为指导,提出了山东省水资源可持续利用的战略对策。
The sustainable development of economy and society in Shandong Province is seri- ously restricted by the shortage of water resources.On the premise of analyzing the character of water resources and the current situation of exploitation and utilization,the main prob- lems of water resources and facing sever situation are pointed out,the constructive counter- measures of sustainable utilization of water resources in Shandong Province are presented un- der the direction of theory of sustainable development.
