摘要
本文利用心理契约的交互作用理论对企业家信用的影响机制进行分析,认为企业家与员工之间有着信用的心理契约,企业家对信用契约的遵守或违背将影响着员工的信用行为。企业家不遵守信用,将促使员工重新修改信用契约,而不再遵守信用。企业家信用决定着企业组织整体信用。
There is a credit psychological contract between theentrepreneur and the staff. The entrepreneur credit deeply affects the creditof staff. This paper analyzes the credit relations by using the psychologicalcontract theory, and reaches a conclusion that the entrepreneur credit isthe key of the credit of the whole organization.
