摘要
国家助学贷款是党中央、国务院实施科教兴国战略的一项重要决策 ,也是近年来商业银行开展的新兴业务。但是 ,在实施过程中也明显存在一些问题 ,需要采取切实可行的措施 ,尽快解决。否则 ,会影响助学贷款的进一步发展。
The state stipend is one of the important decisions put forward by the Party Central Committee and the state council in order to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating China by science and education. It is also a new business for the commercial bank to deal with. But in the midst of implement, some measures should be taken otherwise the state stipend will be spoiled.
