摘要
介绍以眼球为被拍摄物的全息实验情况,重点分析实验光路和记录介质。设计了新光路,并对不同物体以及不同干板进行了测试,给出了实验结果。最后生物实体以牛蛙眼球作目标,得到了全息图。
Holography was used as a new method for medical checking. The experimental results with eyeballs as the object photographed, the optical path and the recording media were analyzed in emphasis. New optical paths were designed, different recording photographic plates were tested, the experimental results were given. Finally, the holograms were obtained with the bullfrog eyeballs as the object.
