摘要
介绍一种新型压电材料La3Ga5SiO14晶体绕x轴逆时针旋转y轴极图的理论公式、计算、制作及应用。简要介绍La3Ga5SiO14晶体几种切型下的性能参数和La3Ga5SiO14晶体与SiO2晶体实际切型下的性能参数比。通过论证表明:绘制的La3Ga5SiO14晶体标准极图的各个(ok·l)面满足晶体本身不消光条件,可直观、方便地计算出La3Ga5SiO14晶体的旋转角度和方向。
This paper presented the theoretical formulas,calculation,prduction and application of polar diagram with y axis anticlockwise rotated around x axis for La3Ga5SiO14 piezoelectric crystal.Several cut performance parameters of La3Ga5SiO14 crystal as well as the comparison between La3Ga5SiO14 crystal and SiO2 crystal are also produced briefly.The demonstrated results show that various (ok·l) plane of our standard polar diagram of La3Ga5SiO14 crystal can meet the nonextinction conditions.and the degrees of rotated angle and directions of LGS crystal can be calculated easily and directly.Key wrods:La3Ga5SiO14 crystal;polar diagram;cut style
