摘要
本文论述了由PC 机、传感器、标准设备等组成的校准系统,代替传统的人工校准方法,大大地提高了传感器校准的精度和效率。并着重介绍了全静压测试仪与PC 机通信的I/O 接口板的硬件设计方法和数据采集软件的编程要点。
A calibration system consisting of the PC comput-
er,sensors and standard equipment is described in this pa-
per,which is now used instead of the conventional manual
calibration method.Substantial improvement of calibration
accuracy and efficiency is achieved.Emphasis is placed on
the hardware design process for the I/O interface board
communication between the full-static pressure tester and
the PC computer and on the programming essentials of the
data acquisition software.
