本文介绍一组用于声发射研究的压电传感器,它们是高灵敏度传感器、差动传感器、宽频带传感器、含内建式前放的传感器、高频调谐传感器、超小型传感器、带固定磁座传感器以及在高温、辐照环境使用的传感器,并介绍了这些传感器的结构、特点以及典型应用。
A group of piezoelectric sensors for acoustic emis-
sion (AE) research has been developed.They are high sen-
sitivity sensor,differential sensor,wide bond sensor,includ-
ed preamp sensor,high frequency sensor,miniature sensor,
magnetic holder sensor and sensor used in high temprature
and radiation environment.Their construction,characteris-
tics and typical applications are introduced.
