摘要
目的 :通过对儿童 85例在气管插管静脉复合麻醉儿童切除扁桃体。方法 :术前和术后详细充分准备如 :查心电图、凝血酶元时间 ,血小板和胸透等。采用气管插管静脉复合麻醉下配合扁桃体切除。结果 :85例全部治愈 ,无 1例并发症。结论 :术前详细询问病史 ,认真查体和麻醉等的准备 ,是摘除儿童扁桃体的关键 ,术前、术后认真护理可提高手术的疗效 。
Objective:To study anaethetization through the trachea for the tonsillectomy of 85 cases of the babies infants examinations and children.Methods:The treatment methods included pre-operation and post-operation to accurate,for example?EcG?Bpc?x-ray etc.the cases of children were operated by aneatheia through the trached.Result:85 cases were cured.Conclusion:This method has improved the curative effect of surgery and aneatheia.To ask patients their illness history,careful examination and sufficient opearation preparation is the key point for the operation.Nursry was aneatheia and tonsillectomy of mother.
