摘要
针对含钛的 18-8输送氨气管产生的应力腐蚀裂纹 ,采用光学显微镜观察其显微组织 ,并用直读光谱仪和透射电子显微镜对材料的成分和水垢进行了分析 ,证实了产生应力腐蚀裂纹的原因。并提出了提高使用寿命的措施。
Microstructure of stress corrosion crack produced in 18-8 ammonia pipeline with titanium is observed by optical microscope.And compositon of material and scale deposit is analyzed by optical spectrometer and transmission electron microscope.The reason of producing stress corrosion crack is confirmed.Measure of increasing working life is suggested.
